Refund policy

Tickets
Full refund or transfer to another person or date is available up to 48 hours before your event start time. Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may still be transferred to another person.

To request a refund or transfer, email inkandsipevents@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Event changes
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date.
